Newtonne Inc. (the "Company") collects and uses personal information as set out below to process applications for the Gravitonne free Trial and to provide the service.

Purposes of Collection and Use

• Receiving Trial applications, deciding whether to approve, notifying results, checking for duplicate applications and reapplications
• User authentication, management of accounts and access rights
• Providing the Gravitonne question-and-answer features (MCP: a method of connecting Gravitonne to AI apps such as Claude and ChatGPT)
• Managing usage limits, identifying errors, responding to outages, maintaining service security
• Responding to inquiries, handling disputes, and sending service operation notices such as approvals, outages and policy changes
• Statistical analysis of service usage

Items Collected

• Application information: name, application email, organization name ("Individual" if there is no organization), team name, job/role, purpose of application (text entered directly if "Other" was chosen for role or purpose), application processing status and the dates and times of approval and withdrawal
• Account information (received from Google upon Google sign-in): name, email, Google account identifier, profile photo URL
• Account usage information: date and time of sign-up, date and time of last sign-in, account tier, information on connected AI apps, authentication token records (hash values), daily usage counts per feature, consent status, date and time, and consent document version
• Service usage records: features used, date and time of calls, success or failure of processing, error type, response time, identifiers of projects and documents looked up, token usage
• Automatically generated information: access IP address, browser information, requested URL, date and time of access, cookies for keeping users signed in
• Query information: tool input values, such as questions and search terms, sent by the user's AI app when it calls Gravitonne tools; answers generated by Gravitonne and tool execution results

Query information is processed to generate answers. If you do not consent to the [Optional] use for AI training below, it is not stored in the Company's database after the answer is generated. The Company does not receive the entire conversation between users and their AI apps or the answers that the AI apps ultimately display; these are governed by the policies of the AI service chosen by the user.

Period of Retention and Use

• Application information: until the end of Trial use or withdrawal of the application. For applications that are not approved, 1 year from the date of receipt (or until withdrawal, if withdrawn earlier)
• Account information and account usage information: until the end of Trial use
• Service usage records: 1 year from the date of collection
• Automatically generated information: access logs on the Company's web server are deleted on a rolling basis according to storage capacity (usually within a few days); execution logs at the website hosting provider (Vercel) are kept for up to 30 days
• Even after the end of use or withdrawal of consent, the application email, the dates and times of application, approval and withdrawal and the outcome of processing, and consent records are kept for 1 year to check for duplicate applications and handle disputes (Privacy Policy §3).
• Information whose period has ended or whose purpose has been achieved is destroyed without delay. Destroyed information also remains in backups for disaster recovery for about 150 days and is then deleted.
• "End of use" means when the user requests to stop use, when the Company revokes use under the Terms of Use, or when the service ends.

Right to Refuse Consent and Disadvantages of Refusal

You may refuse this consent. However, because the above information is essential for processing applications and providing the service, if you do not consent, you cannot apply for or use the Trial.

To provide the service, the Company entrusts personal information processing tasks to the overseas businesses below and, in doing so, transfers personal information overseas (separate consent under Article 28-8(1)1 of the Personal Information Protection Act). Transmissions over external network segments are encrypted (TLS: encryption in transit).

• AI model and embedding providers do not use the inputs and outputs they receive to train their own AI models. Details are set out in the Privacy Policy.
• To refuse the transfer overseas, you may simply not apply or, if you are already using the Trial, request to stop use by the contact email (gravitonne@newtonne.io).

Right to Refuse Consent and Disadvantages of Refusal

You may refuse this consent. However, because answers cannot be generated and the website cannot be used without the transfer overseas, if you do not consent, you cannot apply for or use the Trial.

To develop Gravitonne's own AI models and improve answer quality, the Company would like to store and use the query information of users who consent.

Purposes of Collection and Use

• Development and training of the Company's own AI models
• Evaluation of model performance and improvement of answer quality
• Analysis of the accuracy of and errors in tool execution results

Items Collected

• Questions (tool input values sent by the AI app), generated answers, generated lookup queries and tool execution and verification results, information on the documents cited as evidence for answers and part of their content
• Model used, response time, error information
• User identifier, account tier, date and time of data creation

Questions may contain company names, organization names, project names, budgets and technical information entered directly by the user. Do not enter trade secrets or sensitive personal information. Before using questions and answers for training, the Company's staff in charge review them and remove personally identifying information such as email addresses and phone numbers.

Period of Retention and Use

• Until 2 years have passed from the date of collection or consent is withdrawn, whichever comes first

Withdrawal of Consent

• Consent is withdrawn when you uncheck it on the consent screen (/en/consent) or request withdrawal by the contact email (gravitonne@newtonne.io).
• After withdrawal, subsequent questions and answers are not stored. Originals being kept are deleted without delay; if withdrawal is requested by email, they are deleted within 3 business days from the date of the request. In backups for disaster recovery, they are deleted after about 150 days.
• Parts already reflected in model training are difficult to reverse from the trained model. They are not used for subsequent training.

Right to Refuse Consent and Disadvantages of Refusal

This consent is optional. If you do not consent, there is no disadvantage to your Trial application, approval or use. If you do not consent, questions and answers are not stored after the answer is generated.

To improve the service, the Company would like to ask users who consent to participate in interviews or surveys. Contact is made only via the application email and does not include advertising or sales solicitation.

Purposes of Use

• Requests to participate in interviews and surveys to improve the service, and selection of participants (by organization type and role)
• Inquiries about experience using the service

Items Used

• Name, application email, organization name, team name, job/role (information entered at the time of application)

Period of Retention and Use

• Until consent is withdrawn, or until the retention period for application information ends

Withdrawal of Consent

• You can withdraw consent at any time by unchecking it on the consent screen (/en/consent), through the 'Do not contact me' link in interview and survey request emails, or by the contact email (gravitonne@newtonne.io). After withdrawal, no further interview or survey contact is made.

Right to Refuse Consent and Disadvantages of Refusal

This consent is optional. If you do not consent, there is no disadvantage to your Trial application, approval or use.
